Will I need a physician's order?
You do not always need a referring physician's order or referral for treatment at the Pain Center, although we work in collaboration with your existing physician to provide the most comprehensive care. To find a primary care physician, visit Swedish Covenant Hospital's Find a Doctor online service or call the Call Center at (773) 878-6888.
Will my insurance cover pain management therapy?
Pain management therapy is offered on an outpatient basis. Treatment is covered by most insurance policies, but check with your carrier to be sure.
When will I be able to get an appointment?
Wait time to see our physicians varies from 3-10 days, based on their schedule. We will do everything possible to accomodate your scheduling needs as quickly as possible.
We are open Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm and every other Saturday for several hours. Please call to check availablity.
