Emergency Situations

There is a family practice physician on-call 24 hours a day.

During office hours, please call the Family Practice Center at 773.989.3806. After office hours, our answering service will contact the physician on-call for you.

Of course, if there is a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 or go to the emergency department for immediate care.
