Screening Events and Community-Based Programs

Swedish Covenant Hospital hosts several cancer prevention lectures and screenings throughout the year. Lectures are given on campus and in the surrounding community on the following topics:

• Breast health
• Colorectal cancer
• Skin cancer
• Prostate cancer
• Lung cancer
• Healthy, cancer-preventing diet

Other community-focused programs include:

• Discounted mammograms or free mammograms to those who qualify
• Smoking cessation class
